Flags, streamers, and scarves catch the wind and open beautifully as you move them. Flags come with reinforced ends and a 'handle' for improved grip support. Streamers include gymnastic sticks with high quality swivels and are secured through a reinforced grommet system. Add or remove streamers easily; personalizing your own work of art in the air. Scarves created from one piece of silk are perfect for small spaces and travel.
